Myanmar -Yangon For 4 days

After 12h waiting the flight, I finally arrive in Yangon (4th februray). Where I met Jo, German guy (Nice so).

We decided to take the train to go on the south part of the town, where I get the hotel.

In the train we met Sue and Carlos, couple of Birman, who help us to understand burmese language and local staff.

After 1h of train, we get to the hotel, and take time to have lunch and rest.

I decide to take a tour of the town and arrive in chinatown, where is the beginning of Chinese New year. Crazy time there.

The next day, Jo and I get to the big Temple of the city, 45 min walking from the hotel. The Shwedagon Pagoda, which is beautiful and unespected. Everything is Gold. That crazy, the all temple is in gold and it's very beautiful. We spent 2h there and that worth it !

Then we get to a parc, chilled out and met some funny locals peoples.

Then we get back to the temple to see the sunset there wich was beautiful and wait until dark then get back to the hotel.

Next day (6-02), I decide to get alone to walk on Yangon. I spent 2h, walking and find to temple with the most huge sitting bouddha and most sleeping bouddha. Nobody there, so I enjoyed it and make my time to see every part.

Then I get back to south of city and find another temple, where I actually met a Monk. He explained me the understading of the temple. Each temple have the week days all around temple. So Its about the you are born. For me Monday, I am a Tiger, Planet the Moon, lucky number 15 and Direction EAST !!

Was nice to talk to him and understand more about this culture.

Well after 7 hours walking all around the city, I finished at the hotel just to chilled and sleep.

I wake next day, I the girl we met in the train Sue, invited us with jo to the chinese new year lunch.

Was nice to understand what they do for this day. They actually give everything to spirit's family.

After 4h lunch, Jo and I get back to the hotel just to rest.... Then get out for beer.

Nice time in this city. You should stay 3 days, that enough. The weather still good, and not as hot as Thailand.

Well I get to bago next and will see.
